Formulated to penetrate, seal and shield surfaces from oil, dirt, road grime and abrasion, this high-temp silicone withstands continuous exposure up to 1500°F . HT Silicone Coating penetrates and bonds to fibrous wrap materials to reduce contamination and premature wear. Titanium (Basalt) Wrap Application Instructions Titanium (basalt) exhaust wrap soaks silicone differently than glass-fiber wrap. For best adhesion and long-term protection, apply a minimum of three coats , allowing each coat to heat cycle to 400°F for about 2 hours and cool before applying the next coat.
