ICON 2.5 Series Shocks Upgrade your ride with purpose-built performance. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks deliver outstanding off-road capability and a controlled, comfortable street ride. Each shock is tuned and configured to specific vehicle applications for correct length and damping characteristics. Lightweight, durable construction: One-piece impact-extruded 2.5" aluminum cylinders reduce weight, resist corrosion, and provide a superior finish compared to plated steel. Rebuildable & revalveable: ICON shocks are 100% rebuildable and revalveable, allowing long-term serviceability and tuning as driving needs change. Advanced bump control: For piggyback and remote-reservoir models, a 6061 billet aluminum manifold forms an internal Bump Zone a few inches below the top cap. This adds up to 20% additional damping to prevent harsh bottom-outs and control high-velocity compression. Optional fine-tune: For more user-defined adjustability, consider ICON Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) shock options.
