Wilwood D154 Front Caliper Kit for GM Cars — 1 or 2 Piston Forged Aluminum Direct bolt-on performance for mid-size GM cars and small trucks (1978–2002). The Wilwood D154 Front Caliper Kit replaces heavy, corrosion-prone OE cast iron "Metric" calipers with a lightweight, high-strength forged aluminum design for street and track use. Key Features Forged billet aluminum bodies — superior strength and corrosion resistance versus OE cast iron. Stainless steel pistons and high-temp competition seals — resist bore pitting and seal failure. Available in 2.50" pistons (4.90 in²) or 1.62" pistons (4.12 in²) to preserve OE front-to-rear bias and master cylinder compatibility. Includes hardened slide pins and BP-10 high-friction pads for reliable stopping power out of the box.
