You may return or exchange any item(s) in its/their original condition to Midnight Auto for up to 30 days from receipt of shipment.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Items that have been installed, used, "tried", or missing the factory packaging cannot be accepted for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
You can return any part purchased from us, including electrical, gas, or special order parts, provided they meet the condition requirements above.
Need a different size or part? We offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days. Contact our support team to initiate the process.
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
To start a return or exchange, email support@midnightautos.com or call 1-855-213-8215 to request a Return Authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit or debit card within 7 days.
Please note that depending on your bank's policies, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Parts must be returned in the original packaging. If the item came in a box, it must be returned in the same box. If the item came in a bag, it must be in the same sealed unopened bag.
Items must include all manuals, packaging, seals, etc. Please do not write on the factory box or packaging, and please leave all factory stickers on the box.
All orders from Midnight Auto include free standard shipping — no minimums, no codes, every day.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Standard delivery within the continental U.S. takes 3–5 business days after shipment. Actual transit times may vary by location and carrier.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination. The carrier is selected automatically at checkout for the fastest delivery.
Order Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view tracking status in your account under Order History.
Alaska, Hawaii & Territories: We currently ship to the continental United States (48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses due to carrier restrictions on auto parts. Please provide a physical street address.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@midnightautos.com or call 1-855-213-8215 and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
